Worship Gathering

Our congregation gathers together every Sunday morning at 10:45 AM to worship God by singing and praying together, listening to God's Word read and preached, and engaging one another in loving conversation.

Core Groups

Sunday mornings before service at 9am.

We would encourage you to come join one of our groups as you seek to be encouraged in the faith and build excellent relationships.

Additionally, we offer Core Groups for children (Birth-5th grade) and youth (6th-12th grade) at the same time.

Children

Children aged birth-5th grade can be dropped off upstairs in the children's ministry area in the southwest portion of the building.

Accessibility

Visitors with any accessibility needs can enter on the east, south, or west side.

Common Questions

You'll find a warm congregation of all ages — college students, young families, and older saints worshiping side by side. Our services center on singing, prayer, and the reading and preaching of God's Word, and typically are over around noon.

Dress tends toward business-casual, though you can find anything from shorts, to jeans, to suits. We believe that God cares more about the formation of our hearts than the formality of our attire.

Our main entrance is at the back of the church. There is handicap parking available and plenty of street parking available if the lot happens to be full on the Sunday you attend.

ALL children are welcome in the worship service, but we do have options for children 5 and under if you choose, including a nursery for babies and children under two where parents are welcome to drop children or remain with them.

The music we sing is a blend of old and new. We love the doctrinally rich hymns that Christians have been singing for centuries and we find blessing in the choruses of contemporary songs as well. We strongly emphasize congregational singing, which focuses on the gathered body singing praise to God.

Preaching usually lasts from 35-45 minutes and is expositional, meaning that we seek to teach the main point of a particular passage. We usually preach through books of the Bible, but occasionally preach on a topic that is of specific importance for us at a particular time. All preaching is driven by the gospel, the central message of the Bible; that God saves sinners through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
