Leadership

Parker has served Hillcrest Baptist Church as the lead pastor since May, 2026. He is married to Anna-Kate, and they have two children, Eden Grace and Foster. Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Communications with a Bible Minor from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Divinity degree from Southern Seminary. He returned to Southern and completed the Doctor of Educational Ministry program in Applied Theology, focusing on Family Worship. He has served in church ministry since 2009. He served as the student minister, and eventually Family Pastor, at Eagle Heights Baptist Church from 2018-2026 before joining the Hillcrest Baptist Church staff.

Shelby has served as the Minister of Music and Discipleship at Hillcrest Baptist Church since May 2026. He is married to Hailey and they have three sons, Cooper, Hudson, and Owen. Shelby earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Central Oklahoma. He earned his Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has been in vocational ministry since 2017 at various churches in Kentucky and Oklahoma before joining the staff at Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Josh has served Hillcrest Baptist Church as the College Minister since July 2022. He is married to Cierra Diehr, and they have a son named Barret. Josh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology with a minor in GIS from the University of Oklahoma. He has served in church ministry since 2014. He served as the College Minister at The Heights Baptist Church in San Angelo, Texas from 2018-2022 before joining the Hillcrest Baptist Church staff.

Ann has served Hillcrest Baptist Church as the secretary and ministry assistant since August, 2013. She is married to Nile, and they have three grown children, Ethan, Ellie, and Eric. Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary/Special Education from the University of Northern Iowa. She earned a Masters Degree in Learning Disabilities from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She has taught in various school settings, both public and private, as well as homeschooling her own children before joining the Hillcrest Baptist Church staff.
